About Meg

Meg O’Hara is an artist and environmentalist focused on ocean conservation in the polar regions. She serves as Artist-in-Residence aboard research vessels in the Arctic and Southern Oceans, collaborating with scientists to support fieldwork and science communication.

Back in her studio, she translates these experiences into paintings that communicate the beauty and fragility of these ecosystems, from expedition to exhibition.

Her work has been presented internationally, including in Canada, the United States, England, France, Norway, South Korea, Argentina, and Monaco, in galleries, exhibitions, and private collections.

Meg is bilingual in English and French.
